Description

The Eastern Bypass is a 32km road connecting Mombasa Road (near JKIA) to the Thika Superhighway at Ruiru, passing through Utawala, Mihango, Ruai, Kamulu, and Eastern Nairobi suburbs. Originally built as a single carriageway, sections have been expanded to dual carriageway due to increasing traffic from rapid residential development along its corridor.
