We use Flutterwave as our payment processor. When you make a payment, your payment details are sent directly to Flutterwave and are not stored on our servers.
We retain transaction records including amounts, dates, and reference numbers for accounting and fraud prevention purposes.
For withdrawals, we collect bank details or mobile money information which is encrypted and stored securely.
