Description
The Kisii Water Supply and Sanitation Project aims to expand clean water coverage and improve sewerage infrastructure in Kisii town and its environs. The project is part of the broader Kenya Water Security and Climate Resilience Program (KWSCRP) supported by the World Bank. It includes rehabilitation and expansion of the existing water treatment plant, laying of new distribution pipelines, construction of storage reservoirs, and upgrading of the town's sewerage system.
