Part of the 945km Eldoret-Kitale-Lodwar-Nadapal-Juba corridor. Includes Kainuk Bridge (complete), Kawalase Bridge (Lodwar, complete), Lodwar expressway, pedestrian flyover at Lodwar Hospital, 630km fibre optic cable Eldoret-Nadapal, and KES 2.9B in social infrastructure projects (schools, health centres, markets, water). Five construction lots, most 80%+ complete. Transformative impact: travel time Nairobi-Lodwar reduced from 3 days to 12 hours; bus fare halved; cement prices dropped 20%.
