Description
The Kehancha-Ntimaru road is a 41.5km road being upgraded to bitumen standard in Kuria East sub-county, Migori County. The road connects Kehancha town to Ntimaru at the Kenya-Tanzania border, serving the Kuria community on both sides of the border. The project was contracted to Put Sarajevo General Engineering Company, a Bosnian firm, under supervision by AMA Consulting Engineers. As of recent reports, the project was at 83.9% completion. The road is funded by the Government of Kenya through KeNHA and is critical for cross-border trade with Tanzania.
