Description
The Siaya Town Water Supply and Sanitation project involves expansion of the existing water treatment and distribution system serving Siaya town and its growing peri-urban areas. The project includes rehabilitation of the existing water intake, expansion of the treatment plant capacity, construction of additional storage reservoirs, and extension of the distribution network. Sanitation components include construction of community ablution blocks and school WASH facilities. The project is managed by the Lake Victoria South Water Works Development Agency.
