Description
The Vihiga County Headquarters project involved construction of a modern government office complex in Mbale town to house county government departments, the county assembly, and related services. Since the creation of Vihiga County under devolution in 2013, the county government operated from temporary premises. The new headquarters includes executive offices, a county assembly chamber, departmental offices, and conference facilities. The project was funded through county development funds and aimed to provide a permanent administrative base for the county's governance structures.
