Community Guidelines
Nichapie is a global community for adults to meet, play, stream, and create together. These Guidelines explain the behavior we expect from every member so the platform stays welcoming, safe, and fun. Violating these Guidelines may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.
Overview
Be real. Be kind. Don't put anyone at risk. That's the core of Nichapie. These rules apply equally to every form of interaction on the platform: video calls, livestreams, multiplayer games, posts, comments, direct messages, profile pages, and usernames.
- Respect the people you meet — they are real human beings.
- Treat strangers, contacts, professionals, and streamers with the same dignity.
- Don't try to game the system, exploit users, or evade enforcement.
- If something feels wrong, report it. We take reports seriously.
Who Can Join
Nichapie is an 18+ platform. If you are under 18, you may not create an account, appear on camera, or use the service in any way. We verify age at sign up and may request additional verification at any time.
You must use one account per person, provide accurate information, and may not create accounts to evade prior bans. Bot accounts, scraping, and automated behavior are not permitted.
Video Chat Rules
Random video chat is the heart of Nichapie. To keep it usable for everyone:
Be on camera and present
- Use a live camera feed of yourself. No looped recordings, deepfakes, or static images.
- Keep your face visible — masks, heavy filters or covered faces meant to hide identity are not allowed.
- One person per camera. Don't share your call screen with people who didn't agree to be on Nichapie.
Be appropriate
- No nudity, sexual conduct, or explicit content during video chat.
- No drug use, violence, or weapons displayed on camera.
- No advertising other platforms, OnlyFans-style content, or commercial solicitation.
Consent matters
- Recording another user without their knowledge is prohibited and may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Don't pressure anyone to do anything they're not comfortable with.
- "Skip" exists for a reason — use it instead of escalating uncomfortable situations.
Livestream Rules
Streamers reach a public audience and carry additional responsibility:
- Stream content you have the right to broadcast — no copyrighted music, movies, sports broadcasts, or video without a license.
- No streams promoting gambling, regulated financial products, weapons sales, drugs, or illegal services.
- Moderate your own chat. Repeated tolerance of hate, harassment, or CSAE-adjacent talk in your chat is a Guidelines violation.
- Wear clothing appropriate for a public audience. Sexually suggestive setups (lingerie, suggestive poses, sexual themes) are not permitted.
- No paid sexual services, escort solicitation, or "tips for nudity" arrangements.
Games & Fair Play
- No cheating — no engines, bots, or tools that read game state.
- No collusion, sandbagging, or coordinated loss in ranked play.
- No quitting to deny opponents their win — repeated rage-quits affect your account standing.
- Voice and text chat in games must follow the same harassment rules as the rest of the platform.
Gifts & Virtual Economy
Gifts are a way to show appreciation. They are not a payment for sexual content, not a substitute for legal contracts, and not a refundable IOU.
- You may not condition gift-giving on the recipient performing sexual or illegal acts.
- Coercing, begging, or pressuring users into sending gifts is not allowed.
- Fraudulent gift activity — including chargeback abuse and stolen-card use — results in permanent ban and forfeiture of balance.
- Withdrawals are governed by our payout terms and may require KYC verification.
Refunds for coin purchases, gifts, and professional bookings are governed by our Refund Policy.
Prohibited Content
Regardless of where it appears (video, livestream, post, message, profile), the following is never allowed:
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized content involving minors — see our CSAE Policy.
- Sexual content, nudity, or solicitation.
- Graphic violence, gore, animal cruelty, or content celebrating real-world harm.
- Terrorism, extremist organizations, or content praising mass casualty attacks.
- Illegal drug sales, weapons sales, counterfeit goods, stolen data, or fraud services.
- Content designed to deceive (impersonation, manipulated media presented as real, scams).
- Content you do not have the right to share (copyright, trademark, or other IP infringement).
Harassment, Hate & Threats
- No targeted harassment, bullying, or coordinated pile-ons.
- No slurs, dehumanizing language, or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or serious illness.
- No threats of violence, doxxing, or sharing private information about anyone.
- Sexual harassment, unwanted advances, and "blackmail" threats (sextortion) result in immediate ban and may be reported to law enforcement.
Safety, Privacy & Self-Harm
- Don't share other people's personal info (address, phone, ID, financial details).
- Don't promote, glorify, or encourage suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a local helpline.
- Don't share methods for evading our safety systems, including VPN tricks to bypass age or region restrictions.
