Zero Tolerance Policy
Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination, content removal, and reporting to relevant authorities including NCMEC and local law enforcement.
This policy applies to all users, all content types (including video calls, livestreams, messages, profile content, and games), and all interactions on our platform without exception.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following is strictly prohibited on Nichapie:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor
- Any digitally-generated or AI-created imagery depicting minors in sexual situations
- Any content that sexualizes minors, including clothed images in sexualized contexts
Grooming and Solicitation
- Any attempt to build relationships with minors for the purpose of sexual exploitation
- Soliciting sexual images or acts from anyone under 18 years of age
- Attempting to meet minors offline for sexual purposes
- Sharing sexually explicit content with minors
Exploitation and Trafficking
- Any content promoting or facilitating child trafficking
- Sextortion involving minors
- Any commercial sexual exploitation of children
Other Prohibited Behavior
- Sharing links to external sites containing CSAM
- Discussing or sharing methods for accessing CSAM
- Attempting to circumvent our age verification or safety systems
- Creating accounts misrepresenting age to interact with minors inappropriately

Nichapie employs multiple layers of protection to prevent and detect CSAE:

- PhotoDNA and Hash Matching: We use Microsoft PhotoDNA and hash-matching technology to detect known CSAM images and videos
- AI-Powered Content Moderation: Machine learning models analyze content in real-time to detect potentially harmful material
- Behavioral Analysis: Systems monitor for patterns associated with grooming or predatory behavior
- Age Verification: Users must be 18+ to use our platform, enforced through multiple verification methods

- A report is filed with NCMEC within 24 hours as required by law

- Related accounts and content are examined for additional violations
- Investigation findings are documented and retained
Account Actions
- Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination
- Violators are banned from creating new accounts
- Information is shared with relevant authorities for criminal investigation
