You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts, or transfer your account without our permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

4. Our Services

Nichapie provides the following services:

• Random video chat to connect with other users
• Multiplayer games including Chess, Checkers, Ludo, Poker, and more
• Live streaming with virtual gifting
• Professional consultation booking
• Direct messaging and contact management

5. Virtual Currency (Coins)

Nichapie uses a virtual currency system called 'coins.' Coins can be purchased with real money and used for various features on the platform.

Coins have no monetary value outside Nichapie and cannot be exchanged for cash except through our official withdrawal process for earned coins (from gifts received).

Important points about coins:

• Purchased coins are non-refundable except as required by law
• Earned coins (from gifts) can be withdrawn subject to our withdrawal policies and platform fees
• We may adjust coin values, packages, or exchange rates at our discretion

6. User Conduct

When using Nichapie, you agree NOT to:

• Share explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Share personal information of others without consent
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Use the platform for spam, scams, or fraud
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our services
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Use the platform if you are under 18 years of age

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban. We use AI moderation and human review to enforce these rules.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Nichapie. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

We may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines without notice.

You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of posting it.

8. Professional Services

Nichapie allows verified professionals to offer consultation services. Professionals are independent contractors, not employees of Nichapie.

We verify professionals' credentials but do not guarantee the quality of their services. Users engage professionals at their own discretion.

Nichapie facilitates payments between users and professionals but is not responsible for disputes regarding service quality.

9. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. By making a purchase, you agree to Flutterwave's terms of service.

Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

For withdrawals, we charge a 30% platform fee. Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days via your chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any purchased coins. Earned coins may be withdrawn within 30 days of account closure, subject to our withdrawal policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nichapie is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results from using our platform.

We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party services, or interactions between users.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nichapie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
